Hiroshige Iris Scarf
- $58.50 for Members
One of the great Japanese landscape artists Utagawa Hiroshige (1797–1858) began his last print series, One Hundred Famous Views of Edo, when he was sixty years old. Edo (now Tokyo) is where Hiroshige was born and lived his entire life. The prints in the Edo series reflect the introspection and solitude of Hiroshige's last years and are considered to be masterpieces in the history of ukiyo-e (pictures of the floating world). Hiroshige's Horikiri Iris Garden inspired this scarf's design.
