Aunts et Uncles is a Brooklyn-based, Caribbean, vegan cafe, owned by Nicole and Michael Nicholas. Before they were married, Michael owned a clothing store and Nicole worked in the food industry. Together, they began to envision a local restaurant and lifestyle concept shop that evokes home and builds community.
