How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for store credit or exchange, whichever you prefer. To return, please ship your item to the Museum Shop with a copy of your packing slip enclosed. Items may also be returned in person to the Museum Shop. If an item is defective or incorrect, please email us at shop@brooklynmuseum.org within three days of receipt or call 718.501.6340 to arrange a return. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped. To cancel an order, email us at shop@brooklynmuseum.org or call 718.501.6340 during Shop hours.
When will my order ship?
We ship via UPS and Priority Mail. Please specify your preference and an accommodating daytime delivery address when ordering. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box address. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of being placed.


Expedited delivery indicates the delivery time once the shipment has been picked up by UPS. Shipments may not always be picked up on the same day the order is placed. Ground shipments generally take 7-10 days from ship date. Please keep this in mind when you select your shipping preference.

Museum and shop offices are closed on federal holidays and weekends. Orders received during these times will be shipped within 3 days of the next business day.
What are the shop hours?
The Shop is open: • Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 11 am–6 pm • Thursdays 11 am–10 pm • Additionally, the first Saturday of each month we are open from 11 am–11 pm. • The Museum and the Shop are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Can I submit a product?
Yes! To submit your products for consideration, please email image links, pricing and all relevant information to shop@brooklynmuseum.org, or mail your submission to the address below. Submissions mailed to the Brooklyn Museum offices will not be returned. We do not accept samples. We do appreciate and consider all submissions. However, due to the volume of designs and products we receive, we cannot respond to every submission. We will contact you if we have a place for your work in the Shop. Do members receive a discount?
All members receive a 10% discount. Please provide your member number in the – what area -- or sign up for a shop account to have your discount applied automatically each time you shop. There are no additional member’s discounts on sale items.
